At Lavish Locks, we take pride in the quality of our hair extensions. Due to health and safety regulations, we maintain a strict no refunds or exchanges policy. Please review the following guidelines:

1. All Sales Final: Once your purchase is completed, it is final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchased items.

2. Conditions for Returns: For health and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges on items that are:
Unopened and in their original packaging. Not tampered with or installed. In their original condition. 

3. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect items upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within within 24-48 hours to discuss potential resolutions.

4. Clear Communication: This policy is clearly available to customers prior to purchase, ensuring transparency.
